Roughly thirty years ago a small subway station was built just outside Tokyo, connecting a park that quickly became a beloved destination for children and adults alike to enjoy its breathtaking beauty. The station itself was modest and straightforward, but it boasted a charming bookstore where locals could purchase an incredible array of wonderful books. However, when the transformative power of 80s technology swept in, the park's popularity began to wane rapidly. Adults were suddenly able to experience the outside world from the comfort of their own homes through television and radio broadcasts, rendering the park less appealing by comparison. Meanwhile, children found themselves captivated by the endless excitement offered by their new gaming consoles, leaving the once-thriving park and its station to fall into disrepair. As time passed, one side of the abandoned bookstore began to show signs of neglect, while the flickering light from the sign above seemed to grow dimmer. It was in this forgotten setting that a family of cats made their home, finding warmth and shelter within the old station's walls during the harsh winter months and relief from the heat during the sweltering summers.
