Employing a honeycomb structure, my cubesat model minimizes material usage while maintaining stability. Composed of strong plastic like ABS or Nylon from 3D printing, the single cubesat features an end piece with optional solar panel and a middle part. Larger 3U, 6U, and 12U configurations include additional components: three end pieces for 3U, four for 6U and 12U, with 5U requiring nuts and flat head bolts. Assembly of the 3U cubesat is bolt-free, while 6U and 12U models require fasteners to connect multiple units. Hexagonal alignment facilitates easy assembly. Cubesats feature snap fit design in a hexagonal shape for joining end, middle, and end-end parts. Inside each unit, there are five slots for 9cm by 9cm motherboards.
