The modular CubeSat design is manufactured via Fused Deposition Modeling using PC-ABS, a lightweight yet strong material (approx. 270g). Its flexible structure allows for easy attachment of 1U corner rails with M4 screws and includes files for 3U and 6U configurations. Users can customize component usage, place shelves in various locations, and add side panels if needed. The design consists of only 5 main parts that can be used repeatedly without a patent application filed.
