In my second design, I aimed to minimize mass by eliminating diagonal walls. To achieve this, I propose using a rectangular solar panel and circuit board for added rigidity within the frame. Additionally, I aimed for tool-free connection, so the one-part frame design allows for bending to provide fixing functionality without screws. A click connection between the frame and circuit board could be a good solution as well. The 3D printed model should be pre-bended at a 2-degree angle with a bending force of 100N, then opened to a +7-degree angle. With a volume of 39,425mm3, the mass is approximately 45g for nylon and 14g for ABS.
