This 1U cubesat frame tackles wire routing and heat dissipation issues through innovative design elements. The FDM 3D printing technology enables construction of a square maze structure for increased heat transfer and strength in all walls and plates. Ease of wiring is facilitated by the hinged joints on adjacent faces, which can be removed as a single part during assembly with an offset distance of 0.15mm. A deployment switch is included, and the frame weighs 0.254kg, held together via snap fit for easy assembly.
