Cubesat 01 features a 1U/2U/3U design with two symmetrical and identical parts, created during my lunch break at work. I aim to continue working on it on Monday. Fused deposition modeling offers advantages such as material customization through composites, large build volumes, minimal waste, heat staking capabilities, and pause functionality for secondary operations. However, this method also has drawbacks like porosity, longer build times, and limited commercial material options. For fun, I used jute. Looking forward to your response.
