Designed by Ridwan S (ridwans.sept) @Instagram\n\nBuilt with SolidWorks 2014\n\nVisualized with KeyShot 5\n\nFile Types : .SLDPRT, .IGS, .OBJ, .STL.\n\nVertices : 162333 \n\nPolygons : 326138\n\nI engineered this construction to create standardization of CubeSat models with flat components. Its design is based on a main profile in the XY plane, resulting in simplified components that are easy to transport and assemble.\n\nBenefits and uses for this construction include:\n\nEasy transportation (portable because many components are based on the XY Plane)\nEffortless assembly \nLightweight due to its use of nylon material (or other suitable materials capable of withstanding its structure. I've included two images comparing the mass of this design when using nylon and aluminium materials).\ nBuilt for Additive Manufacturing Technique, FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING. \nSturdy and stable.\nFeaturing snapfit systems for attaching components together. \ nFive unique parts make up this model : \ nMain Structure with Snap Fit Profile (4 in total) \nSide Structures (8 in total) \nThe Top Cover & Bottom Cover are identical models, each of which I replicated twice \ nM3 Bolt for assembling the Top and Bottom Covers (16 in total)\nFor assembly convenience, I utilized snapfit to join Main Structure and Side Structure. Nonetheless, M3 Bolts remain necessary for Bottom and Top Covers due to the requirement of robust fastening.\n\nThis model is free to download, but feel encouraged to support by giving us a thumbs up !\ nReach out:\ nEmail: onefuturesolutions@gmail.com \nInstagram @1futuresolution\nYoutube Channel @bit.ly/ytc-onefuturesolution\nFacebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/1futuresolution/\nWarm regards,\ nRidwan S
