The cubesat design incorporates a quadcopter, or drone, provision and is a 1U model with an aluminum weight of less than 800gms. A snapping mechanism, resembling an octopus in its function, is utilized for locking the base cover to the center body, while the traditional top cover features screw fittings. This innovative design allows for better aerodynamics and control of the satellite, which can be guided in various directions. Special thanks go to Nathan for providing the propeller and motor components. Constructive feedback is encouraged to further enhance this creative project.
