In Cube version 5's .skp file, textures are available for extraction. By using software such as Sketchup (free), C4D (trial version enough), 3ds Max, or Rhinoceros 3D (trial version enough), you can easily retrieve these textures. For Sketchup, export as a 2D file under File/Export/2d Graphic; for C4D, import automatically generates texture folder next to .skp file; for 3ds Max, find in ..3dsMaxsceneassetsimages or use embed media option with fbx export; and for Rhinoceros 3D, access through Material editor in Textures section under ..AppDataLocalTempembedded_files. Feel free to copy and save these textures as desired.
