I took the idea from http://www.thingiverse.com/richgain without reinventing or redesigning it, but rather building upon the original found here:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:23279 Rich Gain based his work on Iwahiro's creation, which you can find at http://puzzlewillbeplayed.com/444/IwahiroAIC/1/ I've made some tweaks to the outer edges with 10% and 20% blends of the total object size, removing gaps between parts in the process. Slicing may require further adjustments in your preferred software.
