I started making these for the kids in my son's Cub Scout Pack. It's modeled from the 3D rendering I did of the base logo, so the dimensions are quite large. Personally I shrink it to 50mm across and let the length auto-adjust. Height at 2.5mm. The images are printed in PETG, though I used PLA during design testing and that worked fine too. Changing filament colors at 2.1mm makes it come out nicely. Designed with FreeCAD, printed on a Monoprice Voxel / Flashforge Adventurer 3.
