Battery: CTR-003 Used in: Nintendo DS/3DS, Nintendo Switch Pro Controller After my Pro Controller decided to stop charging its internal battery and being out of warranty, I found a solution. Now, I have three CTR-003 batteries and swap them when needed. I am working on making it tool-less by developing a way to quickly release the grips. If your Pro Controller is not charging, do not pay $40 for Nintendo to replace it. Order some spare batteries and print one of these! I purchased mine from Taobao. Soldering the pogo pins to the IC is quite challenging. Attempt to get minimal extra solder on the joints and ensure they are properly aligned. This might take several attempts. This assembly fits together relatively snugly. I used a rubber hammer to seat the pieces in place for final construction. The battery is also quite snug. This may be due to my printer's poor tolerances, so if yours ends up too loose, try reducing the design back to its original size by scaling: x: 0.9525 y: 0.9091 z: 0.9525. Your results may vary, so experiment with printing "case front" to get the correct size. The charging LED indicator can be difficult to see in a well-lit room, so I might add a viewing hole to the outer shell at some point. -This is my first upload, so please be gentle! Edits: Added "Outer Shell (2.1)", which includes a window to see the charging status LED more clearly (it shows through the "Case Back" print when printed in red). You may need to add a window to the "Case Back" if it did not show through when printed in other colors. Added "Outer Shell (2.2)", which includes a window and a back plate that keeps the IC in place without glue. If you use this, forget about disassembling it again.
