CTC Prusa i3 Z zero adjustment Thumbscrew

Using the same hardware that comes with the printer, a simple thumbscrew makes it easier to adjust the Z axis zero position. One of my main objectives when creating these parts is to utilize as much of the original equipment as possible, rather than purchasing additional components that may cost nearly as much in shipping as the part itself.
