I swapped out the original PTFE tubing on my CTC Prusa for a Bowden setup. I designed a custom adapter that matches the dimensions of my existing extruder, allowing it to connect seamlessly to a M6 Bowden quick fit connector - one that came bundled with my E3D V6 clone.
