My CTC printer is performing well, so I decided to run some dual-extrusion tests. Before dialing in your printer, I recommend creating some test objects to get a feel for the machine's capabilities. This involves adjusting both the offset and extrusion multiplier to achieve optimal results. I had to decrease my multiplier from 90 to 89 to get the desired effect. The separation between the two parts is satisfactory, but the surface finish could be improved. Perhaps playing with the filament thickness will yield more accurate results in the future.
