CTC Printbed

The original printbed of the CTC printers is not very stiff, so it bends during the leveling process, causing potential problems. That's why I decided to design my own custom printbed with improved specifications. It's constructed from aluminum L-profiles, making it easy to rebuild or upgrade as needed. This design should also work seamlessly with Flashforge printers, although I haven't tested it extensively. My custom printbed boasts several key advantages over the original: * It's significantly stiffer, reducing flex during leveling and improving overall stability. * The build process is more precise, resulting in better print quality and reduced warping. * It's designed to be easy to rebuild or repair, using standard aluminum L-profiles. To assemble my custom printbed, you'll need the following components: * Aluminum L-profile 40x20x2mm, 1500mm long * Aluminum L-profile 25x15x2mm, 130mm long * Four LM8UU linear bearings * A stand drill and a set of drills (4mm and 3mm) Assembling the printbed is relatively straightforward. However, please note that detailed instructions will be provided at a later date (14.03.2016). If you're interested in having one built for yourself, feel free to send me a private message.
