So there's already plenty of mounts for various printers and their clones out there, but this one is something I put together specifically for my CTC. I originally came across http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:71276 which really caught my eye, but the screen and keypad area were different on my CTC despite it being a Replicator 1 clone. That led me to start making my own with the main inspiration from the thing linked above. There are a few variants included depending on your tastes. As you can see from my pics I went for the one with the Allen key holder and hex bit holder on the left side, along with a small tray underneath for nuts and screws when I'm disassembling an extruder or something. I also added toolbins underneath. I don't personally use the SD card slot so had no use or desire for the SD Card holder on mine, but I have included a variant of it. If you're looking for a drilling guide please use the drill guide found in http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:71276 - it's close enough and will get you started, you can figure out the rest from there. You absolutely need to print with support obviously, also I used 25% infill and a 0.2 layer height. The walls are a little weak so I would recommend printing with a higher percentage of infill. I printed it on hairspray and glass using 10 brim lines to help ensure the piece stayed attached. This was my first print of the item, I may reprint it at a better quality and lower bed temperature since there was some base warping on mine but it looks alright and does the job so maybe not.
