CTC i3 ProB Proximity Sensor and Fan Mount

I chose a capacitive proximity sensor for the CTC i3 Pro B, and simultaneously added a parts cooling fan. To accomplish this, I created a mount that fits snugly between the hot end fan and the extruder mount in place of the nylon spacers, also providing space to attach the sensor and the fan duct. Additionally, I included my non-fan version; I built it instead of other posted designs because I wanted to reuse the provided screws and simply replace the nylon spacers with a different material. So far, it has held up well despite being close to the hot end. This design may also be suitable for the Anet A8 or Geetech i3 Pro B.
