I've thoroughly tested this revised design and everything fits perfectly - it's specifically engineered for PLA printing. Please share your feedback and suggestions in the comments, as I'm eager to hear from you. This updated version has been completely overhauled from my original design due to severe shrinkage issues with the LCD hole and poor screw mount printing caused by a flawed design. I'd appreciate any comments on potential improvements or problems you encounter during printing. This custom-designed enclosure is tailored for the CTC i3 pro 3D printer LCD, allowing it to be moved from the top of the printer into a separate box. **Edit:** The final design has been finalized, as shown in the accompanying picture - all components work seamlessly together. I've made some last-minute adjustments to the layout to ensure an optimal fit for the LCD PCB within the case. To secure the LCD PCB, I used screws and nuts from the original plywood board, then installed four countersunk 10mm screws at the back to hold the rear cover in place. Some cable clips will be added later to keep the ribbon cables organized. **Print Settings:** Printer: CTC i3 Pro b Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 20% Notes: My test print was done at 55% speed, but it encountered a few issues with shrinkage and top screw mounts. I hastily remade my original design to address these problems.
