This is an X-carriage that I basically copied the original as best I could in Fusion 360 in order to change the mounting holes for the extruder to accept the Prusa MK2s housings, E3D hotend, and mount a part cooling fan, while still using the original heat break cooling fan with an adapter. The extruder parts are available from Prusa's website under downloadable parts. The fan adapter is here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2299900 The center line distance of the x-carriage rods is 44.5mm. Measure yours before printing to make sure it will fit.
