This is a remix of tom666's MK8 Extruder Upgrade. I really liked that upgrade, one of the first things I had to print, and used it until I wanted to print flexible material. The extruder gear just rolled the filament up inside. It's basically the same as the original, except for the higher filament guide (and a smaller mount for the spring).
