When my 130-euro printer's y-axis belt tensioner started malfunctioning, I had to come up with a replacement solution quickly. Since the x and y-axis systems are identical, I decided to swap out both at the same time. The new design incorporates stronger screws, bearings, and a similar concept as the original components. In addition, I upgraded the plastic pulleys to metal versions of the same size for added durability.
