I designed a basic cable organizer specifically for my CTC/Geeetech 3D printer to prevent cables from interfering with the Y-axis carriage movement. To attach it, I use two small zip ties that secure the holder to the carriage facing outward, and then tie the wire to the holder using another zip tie.
