I really enjoyed the original design from CBiker on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:597231, but I encountered some issues with my x-axis stepper motor on the right side, particularly with the holder for my cable guide. Additionally, I wanted a replaceable solution that would allow me to easily swap out fans with plexiglas when printing with ABS. Check out the picture for mounting instructions. This design should work seamlessly with any 120mm fan. Print Settings: Printer: CTC Rafts: Don't worry about it Supports: Yes, definitely Resolution: 0.3 is a good starting point Infill: 15% is a solid choice
