Use a total of eight M3 cap-head stainless bolts to secure the four guides in place on each Y axis guide rod, ensuring they are tightly fastened once free movement has been verified on the Y-axis. The original wooden supports have too much play and will not provide the necessary stability. Print Settings: CTC Printer Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 50% Notes: The print was completed successfully using Simplify3D with the following settings: layer thickness = 0.2mm, filament temperature = 230degC, and bed temperature = 110degC.
