If you made this thing and are happy with it I kindly ask to give it a shout! ================================================================== First, I want to say that I designed this thing with the greatest respect and gratefulness for http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:537918, which made many good prints possible in the first place. And still... Experiencing the limitations of my equipment and with increasing expectations of my prints, I had some serious cooling issues. This thing is designed for maximum airflow onto the object using common or existing 40mm fans. Due to the overhangs, printing it without active cooling can result in poor prints; therefore, use cool air from a hair dryer or similar for a proper print. A common 40mm fan fits snugly without screws, depending on how well your printer is dialed in. Same for the brackets; certainly, there's a need to rework the hexagons to fit these little gizmos. It's not a remix but a completely new design from scratch, oriented on the already existing ones. The purple Marvin I printed with my favorite material using the above-mentioned air duct and additional cool hair dryer. The red one is my worst color, somewhat overextruding and printed using the new duct; I think it shows some difference between both. I do know that this design is far from being perfect, but most of you guys may have better printers. Considering the limits of my CTC equipment, I'm very satisfied.
