CTC Extruder Fan

This is an attempt to design a simple yet functional extruder-fan for a CTC-printer. The design is tailored for a 4cm fan, requiring no adjustments or modifications. Upon installation, the system secures itself in place, providing stable support. Observations suggest that this setup effectively cools both extruders' filaments. From my experience, it works flawlessly. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer Model: MakerBot Replicator Rafts: Disabled Supports: Not Required Resolution: 0.1mm Infill Density: 15% Notes: To achieve optimal results, I utilized an external fan to facilitate the printing process. Although this design can be challenging to print, requiring two attempts to get it right, the end result is well worth the effort.
