<h3>English</h3> <h3>Update 08.08.2019</h3> I got some feedback about issues with printing PLA, so I made some changes to my part E3D V6 Mount_Oberplatte_V2. Now the lower part of the hotend gets more cooling air. ======================================================================== These are my files for mounting an E3D V6 (or Clone) on a CTC. All parts except Luftauslass_V3 and Halter Radiallüfter are needed only once. Please print Luftauslass_V3 in 0.15mm layer height, and all other files can be printed in 0.2mm layer height. I cut the threads for the 40x40mm Hotend-Fan directly into Halter_Oben with a M3x13 Cylinder head screw. Be careful and use a max. 13mm Screw, otherwise you'll destroy the Halter_Oben part if you don't have the fan in between. Additionally, you will need: * 6x M3x25mm Cylinderheadscrews (30mm should work as well) * 2-4x M3x20 screws (if your hotend fan is 10mm) * 6x M3 Nuts <p>As fans for cooling the printing, I use the Blower Fans from Israel: <a href="http://www.ebay.de/itm/Miniature-blower-fan-cooling-CPU-Lot-of-4-35X35X10mm-UNITEDPRO-B3510X05B-New-/122121951379?hash=item1c6f091893"> Blower Fans <a/> </p> <h4>Attention! These fans are made for 5V only!</h4> I connected them to my RUMBA Board at the 12V pin and mounted them in row, so each of them gets 6V which is O.K. for them. You will definitely destroy them if you attach them to 24V even if you solder them in row. The Blower fans are glued to their holder. Please mount the blower fans to the legs first and attach the Nozzles at the final stage by just pushing them into the holes. My photos show the first version without the cableholder attached to the Halter_Obern, that's why you see these "professional" cable ties.
