CTC E3D Stepper Fan and Cable Holder

I recently swapped out my CTC Bizer MK8 Extruders for a sleek new E3D V6 setup, courtesy of this clever design on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2348165 - and I'm thrilled to report that it's working flawlessly. However, I soon realized that a more secure cable management system would be beneficial, as well as a dedicated fan for the Extruder Stepper motor, which tends to get extremely hot under load. To address these concerns, I designed a custom solution that caters to both of my needs. One key feature is the integration of the Stepper Fan with the E3D Fan, ensuring that it stays on whenever necessary.
