I upgraded my extruders on the CTC and created a custom cover to fit them. The Makerbot Replicator 2X Full Metal Extruders I bought from ebay required an angle cut for their sprung hinges, as the original cover wouldn't let them close tightly enough. Using Tinkercad, I made the cover and you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9NysKmouLLs. Here are my print settings: Printer - CTC Dual, Rafts - No, Supports - No, Resolution - 200 Micron, Infill - 20%
