CTC Dual Bizer 40mm active cooling fan

Went through iteration #5 of my own design to cooling and decided it was time to move on from ctc bizer, so I stripped it down to make a hypercube build. Even though this project won't see completion, it will still be useful for you guys. I highly recommend creating an adapter for a 5050 radial fan - it works well, but there's definitely room for improvement. The main issue is that most of the air gets pushed upwards instead of cooling the part effectively. It attaches with zipties as seen in the photos.
