I tweaked the OpenSCAD to match the bearing I had on hand, plus added lock nuts. You'll likely need to inspect and adjust clearances to ensure a snug fit for both the bearing and locknuts. The top locknut assembly is somewhat finicky. Allowing tension adjustments will help get the belt properly aligned and enhance print quality.
