I'm adding a few tweaks to make it work even better. On my print of the enclosure, the parts didn't quite snap together smoothly. It was hanging loose, too. To fix this, I designed a mounting mechanism that securely clasps the enclosure in place and allows it to be positioned on the right side of the printer using the available screws. You'll need an M4 bolt and nut for the hinge parts and an M3 bolt and nut for attaching the clamps together to the hinge bracket. The boxes covering the display and controls areas use the standard mounting holes, which I enlarged slightly to 4.2 mm. I haven't mounted them yet using screws, but they still stay in place without any support. The controls box-cover holds a set of Allen wrenches and three SD cards. The display box-cover also holds other tools as well as an extra compartment for larger tools. Update (14-12-2016): I added a PTFE holder that fits into one of the outer compartments of the large boxcover. It can hold up to 10 pre-cut PTFE extruder tubes and the handy tube cutter template, which is available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1816005 Print Settings: Printer: CTC Bizer Dual Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Notes: I used supports on all the boxes, but not for the hinges and enclosure clamps.
