I was experiencing an issue with the top front bar suddenly popping out from time to time. To fix this problem, I implemented a straightforward solution - adding a simple block to prevent the bar from coming loose. The specifications of my printer are as follows: ABS is the material used, 10% is the infill density, and the extruder temperature is set at 215 degrees Celsius, while the bed temperature is maintained at 130 degrees Celsius.
