So I created a vital upgrade 3D printed part that I call CTC A8 Y Axis Belt Clamp for CTC A8. This 3D printed component I designed specifically to address the problem of adjusting the tension on the belt on a 3D printer without disassembling it. I downloaded one of these components designed for Anet A8 3D printers, which share some similarities with each other. However, my 3D printer design was different, and what I downloaded did not work due to its mounting screw length. Therefore, I had to design my own version of this 3D printed component, making it compatible with the CTC A8 3D printer. I successfully designed and upgraded the part, and I'm glad I took on the challenge. If you want to download this file, be prepared to spend some time sanding out rough edges and screws, and refer to the photos for installation guidance.
