I reworked the design using the 5 mm thick Acrylic I had readily available for the front window. I adjusted the nut and bolt holes downwards, elongating the entire piece and relocating them to drill into the Plexiglass further away from the top edge. Assembled it with TinkerCad blocks and tubes. The fit against the top edge is very snug, so if you prefer a slightly looser fit, consider filing the inside edge of the top hook to your liking. For everyone using a CTC, I highly recommend investing in an affordable Nut spinner set - it has greatly simplified tightening tasks. A 5.5 mm Nut spinner is specifically necessary for those tiny nuts used on all 3 mm bolts. How This Design Was Created Blocks and tubes in TinkerCad
