Nothing overly complicated required here. I made this simple setup to accommodate a 4mm glass plate on my heatbed while enabling full-bed usage without worrying about nozzle interference from clips or other holders. The corners feature two plates, and they securely hold the glass in place every time. Longer screws were indeed necessary for stability's sake.
