CSM STAND FOR TRUKNIT
thingiverse
This stand fits and supports my Truknit csm well. It may or may not work with other csms. More details on printing will be supplied latter if interest is shown. These pieces are slow prints, require a lot of perimeters, thin layers and dense infill. THE TWO CENTER PIECES REQUIRE AN EMBEDDED 5-16 HEX NUT. THE LEFT PAN PIECE SHOULD BE MIRRORED TO MAKE THE RIGHT. THE HOLES FROM SIDE UTILIZE 8MM CARBON FIBER TUBES. THEY MAY NEED TO BE REAMED. If needed ream using a 8.1mm drill. I recommend 5 perimeters using a .4mm nozzle, layer height .2 or smaller, 30% minimum grid infill where grid is aligned to main sides of table and a ductile material like PETG or ABS. The pieces need to be solvent welded to form good joints. Use weld on #3 for PETG. Use three carbon fiber tubes the width of the table through each table part. Check for good fit and weld each joint. Place a steel mending plate to distribute clamping loads from csm where clamps bear. Drill and screw in to match screws for that plate. I can not attest this is strong enough for your csm. Depends on many many things beyond my control. Use at your risk. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE MOUNTING BOLTS OR YOU WILL DAMAGE THE TABLE. https://www.amazon.com/Grinder-HTC-HGP-10-Adjustable-Stability/dp/B0001LQXM2/ref=sr_1_2?crid=3W3SDTDL9OK8G&keywords=bench+grinder+stand&qid=1688412621&sprefix=Bench+grinder%2Caps%2C188&sr=8-2
