As I gazed at my keyboard displaying CSGO ingame information, I was intrigued by its functionality and decided to investigate further. After some exploration, I managed to unlock its secrets and attempted to create something innovative with it. The result is this bomb replica that's connected directly to the ingame one, showcasing vital information about the bomb's status in real-time. The display features a range of updates: - Bomb planted - Bomb has been planted for 10 seconds - Bomb has been planted for 20 seconds - Bomb can be defused using a kit - Bomb cannot be diffused - Bomb explodes - Bomb is successfully defused - Freeze time (at the start of each round) To experience it in action, check out these videos: https://youtu.be/opeNcE0yXYI https://youtu.be/wLMkhqYzoVA You might be wondering if this setup is legitimate. The answer is yes - it's simply utilizing information sent by the game itself, similar to how SteelSeries or Overwolf display information. To create this innovative device, I extracted the bomb ingame model and made some space for the PCB and NodeMCU components. The electronics are straightforward: - 1 NodeMCU - 3 red LEDs - 2 green LEDs - 1 small PCB - A few resistors As a beginner in electronics, I'd appreciate any feedback on how to improve or secure this setup. If you manage to replicate it, please share your Make! You can find the CSGO configuration file and NodeMCU code in the attached files.
