CS Caliburn 4 K14 butt
prusaprinters

Two variations here, designed to allow a K14 spring to fit into the Caliburn 4 soft dart (Nerf) blaster. I'm not saying that you should, but now you can!

The “Foam Focus” K14 springs that I bought from blaster-time.eu will fit inside the Containment Crew CNC machined acetal plunger you can buy from Out Of Darts, as well as the Worker aluminium Caliburn plunger. The CS original printable plunger will not fit and I haven't gotten around to making a K14 version of that. I'm not sure I'd want to either, as the walls would be quite thin.

The first STL here ("orig") is a drop in replacement for the original C4_4BackB.stl but with clearance to allow it to take a K14 spring.

The second ("M10") is a bit more interesting. It has the same adjusted clearance, but also upgrades the internal bolt from the slightly weedy 1-¾" 10-32 bolt to an 80mm M10 bolt. A modified buttstock (C23_4Butt, provided) is also required to give clearance to the new bolt head. You will need to supply your own M10 nut and bolt!

Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5078652

(ignore the cardboard and rubber bands in the pic, I am just epoxy-ing everything together for greater durability…).
