Craft Crystalux, a crystalline light structure made of interconnectable modules using magnetic joints. Each module can attach at six different angles, creating diverse sculptures. The illuminated modules are powered by a battery, with magnets guiding electricity through the crystal-shaped design. Assemble your kit, which includes 10 modules, utilizing white filament for 3D printing, acrylic glass, electric cable, LEDs, round magnets, washers, and foam rubber. Incorporate a coin battery for power. For precise assembly, use laser-cut plexiglass pieces and ensure proper LED placement and wire length. Glue components in place, maintaining consistent magnet polarity for seamless connections. Finally, attach the modules together and enjoy your Crystalux creation, developed by Fabio Kunz at FabLab Zurich with support from Christoph Laib.
