Crystalline Entity (SLA and FDM version)
thingiverse
I created this for a lark, mainly as a test run for my Photon resin printer. The Crystalline Entity from Star Trek is one of the most fascinating life forms in the Trek universe, in my opinion. SLA/DLP version - you can opt for either a two-halved or four-halved model (the results are shown in pictures, printed with translucent blue resin at 30um resolution and a 10-second exposure time). FDM version - you can print the core first, then glue on one of four different sizes of crystal arms. This is just a rough design, but it turned out quite well, if I do say so myself.
With this file you will be able to print Crystalline Entity (SLA and FDM version) with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Crystalline Entity (SLA and FDM version).
