Crystal Light tube cutter

I just love this tube cutter! It works amazingly well for tubes, and it also works great for filaments - a real game-changer. But what really sets it apart is its incredible versatility: now it works flawlessly with Crystal Light on the go packets too. I got hooked on these Crystal Light on the go packets, and I'm particularly fond of the Lemon Iced Tea flavor. However, sometimes I've found that opening them can be a real challenge - those score lines just aren't always there, making me have to resort to using scissors. That's why I was thrilled when I discovered this tube cutter: now I have a dedicated tool that works like a charm. I had to tweak it several times before getting the design just right, though. Initially, the razor blade would simply push the packet down into the groove without cutting it, which made for some frustrating moments. So, I scrapped the groove idea and redesigned the cutter so that the razor comes down to a flat spot now - this gives me a precise pinch action instead of scissor or shear action. Please be careful when using this tube cutter, though: there's a lot of exposed razor blade, and you'll need to exercise caution to avoid accidents. When installing the razor blade, use pliers to keep your fingers safe, and just use common sense - it's not worth risking injury. I printed these cutters in PLA with 0.2mm layer height and 20% infill, which turned out beautifully. If you're looking for precision repeatability, I've also designed a drop-in jig that allows the cutter to sit snugly in a pocket, putting the end stop at exactly 96mm from the blade. You might need to glue them together, but it's worth it for the peace of mind. This tube cutter is an impact tool - watch how it works in action on this video: https://youtu.be/3xLy5Xl-CUU
