Crystal Light Shade

Warning: this enclosure will overheat if any light bulb is installed that gives off enough heat to be too hot to touch when turned on. This is the exact light bulb I recommend using, and it has worked perfectly for me so far: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0727Q1K7Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I initially tried printing this enclosure with a slightly translucent white material, but it let too much light through, so I printed it again using an opaque off-white material. The result is a very warm yellow light that works perfectly. Next, I plan to try using a glow-in-the-dark filament to see what the finished product looks like when the lights are turned out. No supports were needed during printing. Unfortunately, the photo quality isn't great, and I couldn't figure out how to get an accurate picture of the crystal while also showing exactly how well it illuminates the room. UPDATE: I printed one enclosure using hatchbox glow-in-the-dark filament, which is white when turned on and lets through a soft white light. When the lights are off, it glows bright green for 5 minutes before holding a dim glow for an extended period of time. You can find this filament at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M0CS73S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Please note that it's recommended to have a hardened nozzle when printing with glow-in-the-dark filament.
