Inspired by the fountains exhibited at London's Great Exhibition of All Nations in the Crystal Palace, the model replicates the design of the world's first glass fountain, a four-ton crystal glass masterpiece created by Follett Pressglas-Korrespondenz and displayed in the central court of the exhibition.
