I was thrilled with this design and eager to utilize it to safeguard my compact Kingston G2 USB Stick. However, I soon discovered that it was smaller than the hole in the model, causing it to slip inside when plugged into the computer. Disappointed at the prospect of discarding the printed part - not to mention finishing off a color I had yet to exhaust - I decided to create an adapter specifically for this USB stick. I carefully modeled the adapter to provide a snug fit with the original design. It utilizes one SD Card slot to secure the adapter in place, requiring only that you insert the USB Stick and you're ready to go! No superglue necessary, so you can reuse the original pieces without compromising them. With the small piece inserted into the sd slot, the adapter will be firmly secured within the model, preventing it from shifting when plugging or unplugging the USB stick.
