CRYO STORAGE - MicroSD Card Holder
pinshape
One day holding my micro SD card, a random thought sparked, linking storage to cryo storage - no clear reason why, but that's what happened! Best printed on an SLA like a Photon. The resolution of this tech makes all the difference in printing ease and thread quality. When you insert the lid, two channels become visible: one open for accepting the lid, but once inside, turning the lid 90 degrees reveals another channel that catches tabs when pulling out the lid, preventing parts from separating. MATERIALS NEEDED: Anycubic Photon S - https://amzn.to/3du9VZw Grey Resin DLP - https://amzn.to/2QID8GE Recommend washing threads thoroughly to avoid excess uncured resin adding thickness, which may cause binding when threading. Higher resolution is better, but 50 microns is acceptable. Currently, high demand and short supply of 70% alcohol or higher make this project challenging; I don't recommend it without sufficient alcohol - lower percentages struggle with removing resin.
