My wife had knee surgery and we had crutches loaned too us, with old foam handles that were falling apart. This has a 20 mm inside diameter to go over the hard handle. I printed this on a Modified Ender 3 V2 with a direct drive attachment. I used Techbears TPU which I believe to be TPU 87A. It is very soft and you need to have a flexible filament extruder if you are not direct drive.
