Replacement crush washer for suspension forks with an 8mm shaft - most 32mm RockShox and Fox forks will fit perfectly. This model is designed to print with four walls on a Prusa Mk3 with a 0.4mm nozzle, thanks to the recommended 1.67mm thickness suggested by PrusaSlicer. It should also work well on other printers with a 0.4mm nozzle, but I've included an alternative version with a 1.6mm thickness for those using Cura or similar slicers - choose the one that gives you solid shells without infill between them. I used PETG to print mine, but most standard plastics should work just fine. Although this design hasn't been tested for long-term durability yet, it's already proved itself to be incredibly handy when troubleshooting fork issues that kept reopening the fork. If you're having trouble designing this from scratch, I've included dimensions from the sketch, making it easy to recreate in Fusion 360. Just remember, it's a simple ring!
