Replacement crush washer for suspension forks with an 8mm shaft - most compatible with 32mm RockShox and Fox forks. Engineered to print with four walls on a Prusa Mk3 using a 0.4mm nozzle, the suggested thickness of 1.67mm was provided by PrusaSlicer. Suitable for printing on other printers with a 0.4mm nozzle as well, an alternative version with 1.6mm thickness is included to accommodate different slicer settings, such as Cura, and ensure solid shells without infill. Printed in PETG, but standard plastics should also work, although long-term durability has not been thoroughly tested. The replacement washer proved incredibly useful when troubleshooting fork issues that kept reopening the suspension fork. Designed from scratch, this is a simple ring with dimensions available from the sketch - if you're unable to create the design yourself, it's likely due to a lack of basic CAD skills.
